A federal judge in New Jersey has imposed a $1.2 million fine for the illegal marketing of the drug Viagra, according to federal court papers.
The case was brought by drug manufacturers who claimed that Pfizer Inc. Inc. had "spiked" prices on Viagra, a practice known as "doctor shopping."
